Civil litigation refers to disputes between people or businesses that have been filed in court. These may include disagreements relating to contracts, ownership or division of property, landlords and tenants, employers/employees, personal injury (such as auto accidents), contractors & homeowners or other interpersonal matters.

I have handled a wide variety of civil disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants, including but not limited to elder abuse matters, breach of contract, real estate litigation, homeowners' association disputes, professional negligence, employment law, and personal injury. I also litigate cases for other attorneys.  Some matters were successfully resolved in the early stages of litigation while others proceeded through trial. Every situation is different and requires careful consideration before deciding on a course of action.
